Lower are a band out of Copenhagen, Denmark - which happens to be one of the most exciting scenes in punk currently. Self described as 'Downer Punk', Lower play a noisy strain post punk/hardcore that owes just as much to Touch And Go era noise rock as it does to Joy Division/Warsaw. Emotional and atonal, Walk On Heads spends its time batterring ears with bursts of feedback and angular instrumentation and occasionally dipping into more brooding, gloomy territory. Posh Isolation has been putting out some fantastic music of late, and this EP is certainly no exception.
